Subject	FIRST off, are you increacing the duty cylcle?

Message	the duty cycle is what makes you boost higher. if you are operating it corectly, then listen to see if the unit makes clicking nioses under boost (it is normal for it to make sounds) if it is completly silent then possibly your actuator is not hooked up or something else is not hooked up.
